Banana bread
3 ripe or overripe bananas
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups flour
4 Tblsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. basking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Peel and mash bananas, and stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
